8/14-In less than two weeks I'll be starting college, so I've been pretty busy. An SSDthat I bought for my Thinkpad X220 failed on me after a week of working to get Debian set up the way I wanted it. So until my replacement SSD comes, that Laptop is likely to spend a lot of time sitting around. I recently purchased 7 Apple iBook Clamshell laptops on ebay, they are basically all for sale, (I might keep one) so if you want one, let me know. They aren't the fastest laptops out there but they are pretty unique and I have a few ideas for them. I have a few project ideas, but I can't say what will happen until I get to college and settle in. Until then, probably not much will happen here. 7/17-I've been pretty busy lately, working 40 hour weeks. I did manage to find the time to list items on eBay today: My eBay Listings
4/9-I added a hardware (flat-file) database. Pharoah made a Perl script that makes turns the CSV spreadsheet into HTML and I integrated it into my site, now all I have to do it update the CSV once in a while and my machine list will always be current.
2/23-I released a new version of Fun500 my DOS Shell/GUI. I also have ordered parts for a broken HP dv2310us that I've had a while, hopefully it'll fit right together and work well. I've been researching the Ben Nanonote and to a lesser extent the Zipit Z2. I really like the idea of a pocket-able Linux device that I could program to do whatever I want.
More personally, I have been accepted to both colleges that I've applied to, RIT and Clarkson, both in New York State.
2/2-Happy Groundhog day, today I compiled my first ISO for my new linux distro, it's 450MB, not quite what I want, but it's getting close.
11/24-I have listed some computers on ebay: http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZscoobydog_momQQhtZ-1 So I'm using my old Armada E500 once again.
11/9-Over the past week this site has made stable progress, now there are three GUI reviews, a links section, a CQML page as well as a GUI Awards page and content is constantly being added.
11/3-This new site is now up and functioning, atleast in part.
